In May 2024, General Measure officially started the grading evaluation work, and comprehensively assessed the company's performance in the capability of strategic management, innovation, intellectual property utilization and other aspects in accordance with requirements of the ‘Innovation Management Intellectual Property Management Guidelines (ISO 56005:2020)’. General Measure has successfully implemented the ISO 56005 international standard, established a perfect innovation and intellectual property management system and completed the trial operation. Recently, GM has successfully obtained the certification of ISO56005.

ISO56005 international standard is the first international standard of intellectual property management proposed and promoted by China, which provides a comprehensive, systematic, optimized and efficient integration management mode of innovation and intellectual property through grading and evaluation of innovation and intellectual property management capability modelling. It is significant for accelerating the effectiveness of intellectual property management and innovation level of various innovation subjects.
