PaxGo series packing scales are intelligent gravity net weighers for free-flow granules, pellets, and even powders. It includes 6 models with different weighing ranges: AF-1K(50g~1kg), AF-5K(250g~5kg), AF-10K(500g~10kg), AF-25K(5~25kg), AF-50K(10~50kg) and AF-50K jumbo bag version, single or dual scale available. All the models are equipped with the vibrator feeder for slow feeding which widen the packing materials’ type and ensure the flowing consistency and accuracy. The best accuracy of AF-1K and AF-5K can be ±2g.

The upgraded fast algorithm facilitates fast weighing. 900 pcs/h for AF-50K is not a problem. The 10-inch touch screen with graphical design simplifies operation. You can only set the target value; the self-adjust function will find the corresponding parameters to optimize the performance.

The outer case can be made of SS304 or carbon steel. The inner hopper is also SS304 and can be used for food packing. This module is designed for easy installation and cleaning. The standard communications are RS485 and Modbus TCP/IP, and embedded USB is available for exporting data and system upgrading.

Currently, we have tested plastic pellets, wood pellets, and coffee beans for AF-50K and AF-5K. We have also tested 16 different materials for the AF-1K dual scale, such as beans, peanuts, peppercorn, salt, powder detergent, and so on. GM PaxGo packing scales are versatile, with high accuracy and fast speed.
