GMT-H4 weighing indicator has four individual load cell channels, stainless steel, IP67, wall-mount, OLED and LED two screens, easy operation, efficiency, and intelligence.

In this video, we will explain how to view the load cell data to help users understand the weighing information of each load cell.

Firstly, we need to make sure four load cells of the scale have been connected to the instrument. After being powered on, the H4 displays the default boots screen, which can be customized. The LED screen shows the total weights, and the OLED screen shows the details of each channel.

On the main page of the OLED screen, we can find the weights data and alerts of the four-channel load cell. Press the right button to switch to the voltage or pressure data. It helps us to understand the current status of the load cell so that we can respond quickly when adjustments need to be made. For easy use, the OLED screen can only display the selected channels.

When a load cell of one channel is damaged, the instrument will automatically identify and display the corresponding alarm information on the OLED screen.

For example:

  1. When the channel is closed, it shows close on the screen;
  2. When there is a disconnected load cell, the LED screen shows: -OFL, and the OLED screen gives the information of load cell or EX disconnection;
  3. When the load cell is positive overflow, the LED screen shows: OFL, and the OLED screen shows positive overflow;
  4. When the load cell is negative overflow, the LED screen shows: -OFL, and the OLED screen displays the hints of signal reversed or wiring error
  5. When the weight is overflow, the LED screen shows: 999999, and the OLED screen shows the real-time weights of each channel.
  6. When the weights is negative overflow, the LED screen shows: -99999, and the OLED screen shows the real-time weights of each channel.

With these tips, we can quickly troubleshoot problems, and adjust the load cell or instrument parameters, or replace the damaged load cell. It is convenient and efficient.
